Dr. Arthur Marchand graduated from the University of Waterloo, School of Optometry in 1982. He assumed Dr. Tom Church’s practice at the corner of Lake and Ontario streets in St. Catharines in June 1982. In December 1989, Dr. Marchand relocated his practice to the Geneva Square Plaza, the office we know today.
Dr. Marchand shares the office with 4 optometrists, Dr. Robert Mackenzie, Dr. Les Neufeld, Dr. Karen Major and Dr. Jason Marsh. Dr. Marchand has 8 full time staff members.
